Welcome to the University of Nebraska at Omaha first annual Metropolitan Omaha Educational Consortium (MOEC) Job-a-Like Collaboration Event.
The College of Education is pleased to host this event and welcomes you to Kayser Hall.
The purpose of MOEC is to facilitate collaboration among the University of Nebraska at Omaha College of Education, the twelve metropolitan area school districts, and two educational service units.
Working through joint task forces, the consortium is a catalyst for identifying issues common to member organizations and in turn addressing those issues through collaborative programs, projects, and events.
The MOEC Technology Task Force has identified the need for a job-a-like collaborative event that is focused on meeting the needs of technology coordinators, facilitators, specialists, technicians, managers, web masters, and other support personnel. One desired outcome is that all attendees will exchange contact information and use this event to strengthen on-going collaboration to solve problems, identify solutions, and build a network of support. The hope is for this event to become a semi-annual opportunity for technology staff to collaborate and network.
Location - Kayser Hall on the campus of the University of Nebraska at Omaha, 6001 Dodge Street, Omaha, NE 68182.
Attached is a copy of the Job-A-Like Event Agenda.
